Never stop loss

For the third reflection I chose How to Fail at Almost Everything and Still Win Big, Scott Adams. Adams writes about productivity tips, failing, trying, and failing again.
1. The big takeaway is that you can't achieve success unless you fail. Failure serves to be life's greatest teacher.
2. The connection to the class is how experience in failure is what drives entrepreneurial success. It takes many tries to have a truly successful venture as an entrepreneur.
3. An assignment for the class would be to have experiences where they try the same activity through the year and slowly get better through their attempts and reflections.
4. The aha for me is that failure is important but reflecting and learning from what you can do better is equally as important.

  1. I think you're connection to this class is spot on. I think that often people will not continue with their company or venture because they get discouraged after failing a few times and are not patient enough to keep working hard to overcome challenges. I think what you said about reflecting on your failures is so valuable because this is what will let you learn from your mistakes and make your failures valuable
